First of all, you need a doctor's prescription for massage therapy, REGARDLESS of what your insurance company told you.
Secondly, there NEEDS TO BE MEDICAL NEED such as pain and/or dysfunction in some activity. Once the pain/dysfunction is remedied, insurance will no longer pay for massage therapy, even if you have not exhausted all your benefit, and even if you have some treatments remaining on your prescription.
